In 2005 Omega launched its Planet Ocean collection, a second collection of dive watches, positioned above its Seamaster Professional collection and it has been a huge success since Day One. The Seamaster Planet Ocean is available in two sizes, 42-mm and 45.5-mm, and in 2011 Cheap Omega Replica introduced the Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph 9300, which we at Monochrome Watches reviewed and photographed for you here. Two years later, in 2013, Omega introduced the long-expected Seamaster Planet Ocean GMT. We’re going to review the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m GMT Goodplanet for you today.

The Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean GMT, is available in the familiar color codes of the Planet Ocean, with a black dial and silver/white markers and hands. Only the tip of the GMT hand and the word “GMT” on the dial are in orange. There’s also a special model with a navy-blue dial and bezel that is created as a tribute to the partnership between Omega and the Omega Replica Watches. And that’s the version that we’re looking at today. We received the version on the blue rubber strap with single folding clasp and enjoyed wearing it. But let’s first start with a tiny bit of history…

History：
The design of the Seamaster Planet Ocean, which debuted in 2005, recalls that of the first Seamaster 300 meter models launched in 1957. In 2013, Omega finally introduced a GMT version of the Seamaster PO, and it’s equipped with Omega Replica in-house Caliber 8605 with GMT time-zone function. In our review of the Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M Chrono, we concluded that its well-known competitor, the Rolex Sea-Dweller Deepsea, had some serious competition. Now we’re curious to find out whether the Rolex GMT-Master II also gets a true competitor with this Omega Seamaster PO GMT.

Overall appearance：
Sporty, robust, modern, functional, stylish, elegant — just a few words to describe the new Seamaster PO GMT that I heard from people when I asked them to capture the watch in a word. I also feel that all these words are applicable, along with some other words like, for instance, “comfortable.” While the other words to describe the Cheap Replica Watches Seamaster PO GMT will depend on the situation, it was comfortable in all situations. While comfort is not a quality that will be readily apparent on the surface, it’s a very important characteristic of this superb-all-around watch.

Features：
The Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m GMT GoodPlanet packs a lot of interesting and very handy features. First of all, there’s the nice-sized 43.5-mm stainless steel case that is very nicely finished. There’s the in-house movement with co-axial escapement, there’s the 60 hours of power reserve when fully wound and, finally, there’s the very useful GMT function! All these features will be described, but first we need to explain a bit more about the GMT function.
Dial / hands：
In total, there are nine variations of the Replica Watches; five with a black dial and four with a navy blue dial. The blue dial is an indication for either the titanium version or for the one we reviewed, the GoodPlanet version that underlines the partnership between Omega and the GoodPlanet Foundation. The GoodPlanet version is the only one with orange numerals on the rotating bezel and an orange 24-hour GMT hand.

Movement：
This is the part that most often intrigues the team here at the Monochrome headquarters. And in this case the movement is very interesting, and we’ve covered it on several occasions before. So please check our previous articles and I’ll be short and sweet with the description today. Since Omega Replica Watches is going to introduce its new Master Co-Axial movements into the entire collection, we would not be surprised if this Seamaster PO GMT will be equipped with Omega’s 100% anti-magnetic movement soon.

The new Omega Speedmaster Mark II is based on a model released in 1969, the same year that astronauts wore Cheap Omega Replica on the surface of the moon, forever earning that model the nickname “Moonwatch.” The original Speedmaster Mark II contained the same hand-wound mechanical caliber that powered the Moonwatch, Omega’s Caliber 861. The modern version has been updated, with an automatic movement and a cleverly executed tachymeter scale that glows in the dark.

The barrel-shaped case has brushed and polished finishes; the crown and chronograph pushers are polished. The tricompax dial features subdials at 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock, and 9 o’clock. The tachymeter scale is printed on the flat, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and illuminated from beneath by an aluminum ring filled with Super-LumiNova. The version with a black dial has a varnished white central chronograph hand; the one with gray dial uses fluorescent orange for this hand, as well as for the minute track. The Omega Replica Watches Speedmaster Mark II has a brushed stainless steel bracelet with Omega’s patented extendable fold-over rock-and-pusher clasp. The watch is water-resistant to 100 meters and comes with a four-year warranty.

For the ladies, there’s the Omega Constellation Pluma, distinguished by its mother-of-pearl dial, in natural white or blue, which features an engraved, wavy pattern that recalls the shapes of a feather. The blue dial is created using a technique that coats the underside of a white mother-of-pearl with a black paint. The stainless-steel case is 27 mm in diameter and features a diamond-set bezel in both versions of the Omega Replica. The white-dialed model has a bezel in 18k rose gold and 18k rose gold links in the steel bracelet; the blue-dialed version has a case, bezel, and bracelet all in stainless steel. The dials of the Constellation Pluma have 11 diamond indices and a date window at 3 o’clock; the hour, minute and seconds hands are in 18k gold and coated with Super-LumiNova. These ladies’ watches contain mechanical movements, Omega’s co-axial Caliber 8520.

Finally, Omega is releasing an extremely limited version of its Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean with a rotating GMT bezel made of patent-pending orange ceramic. The Cheap Replica Watches, limited to just eight pieces worldwide, has a 43-mm case made of 950-grade platinum; the inscription “World Premiere” is engraved on the caseback, along with the series number. The dial is also made of 950 platinum, with a sand-blasted finish and an engraved “Pt950” above the center hole, identifying the material used for the dial. As it has in other watches, Omega Replica Watches used Liquidmetal for the numerals, divider lines, inner ring and triangle on the ceramic bezel. White gold is used for the central hour, minute and seconds hands, and orange aluminum for the “6,” “9,” and “12” numerals and the central GMT hand.

The movement, Omega Replica co-axial Caliber 8615 with silicon balance spring, is visible through the sapphire exhibition caseback. The watch comes on an integrated orange leather strap with platinum-thread stitching and a platinum fold-over clasp; an additional orange rubber strap is also included, along with a changing tool. This very rare Omega Seamaster watch is delivered in a special wooden presentation box.
